A couple of weeks ago we got some chickens. This is largely Girliness' project and she is responsible for their health and well-being.
They're almost big enough to move outside. That's going to be nice, because even after we moved them into the laundry room (all wipeable surfaces) we have noticed that they kick up a LOT of dust. And poop a lot. And are smelling more and more like chickens every day.
It seems like I do this every now and then. I just remembered that I had a blog and I miss having a spot where most of my favorite pictures live. But I'm definitely way too lazy to catch up nearly a year of activity, so OH WELL, we're just going to start with the last couple of weeks.
Chubble is a toddler now. And really cute. And not Chubbly anymore.
It's spring and we've got itty bitty plants starting on our table outside, and the weather can't seem to decide what's up - it was nice and sunny for a while, but it's been rainy and gross and 50 degrees again all week this week.
We have chickens now.
More later. I was really just breaking the ice here.
